Rock pools to explore, brightly coloured painted beach huts, coupled with a sandy beach makes Coryton Cove a perfect hide away Teignmouth Town Beach A long sandy beach stretching all the way from the mouth of the River Teign towards Dawlish. It has the added attraction of a grand Victorian pier, a long promenade and a children’s play area. River Beach, Teignmouth Located on the estuary side of the town, this charming beach takes you back to days gone by. Local fishermen mend nets, sand eels are caught, boats bob up and down with the tide from here you can catch the passenger ferry across the river to Shaldon. Shaldon Beach A mix of shingle and sand the beach gently shelves towards the estuary mouth. Ness Beach Shaldon Ness Cove at Shaldon nestles in between magnificent red cliffs and is accessed via an original smugglers tunnel. At tunnels end you will discover the perfect get away.
