The 420 acres of Parkland also offer formal Rose and Organic Gardens & Childrens Play Area.  From both Village & Court, footpaths and trails radiate to glorious English Countryside.  Take time to explore the Lakes, Plantation and Orchards, all of which are part of the wonderful Cockington Experience.

Cockington Court is the creative home to some of the best craftsmen & women in Devon.
Each Studio offers a warm welcome & a unique opportunity to interact with makers.  Visitors can watch the Artists at ork, buy handmade wares and indulge in a delicious Devon Cream Tea.
