Description: Telephone Order Administrator Date added: 22/12/10 | Permanent | Full Time | Sales | Buckfastleigh | £6.00ph Job Description: Working for a well established business who are a leading specialist in their field. This is a key position in a small team, supporting sales to existing customers and the continued growth of the business. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be for the weekly system of calling existing customers to obtain and develop orders. You will be required to record sales information and produce invoices, and prepare goods for shipment via the companies own vehicles as well as carrier. As part of a small team of friendly and professional people, you must be able to work on your own initiative, be methodical and able to plan, prioritise and see tasks through to completion. A professional telephone manner along with excellent customer service skills and ethos are essential. You may also be required to assist in a range of other business activities, primarily related to customer service and administrative support when the need arises.
