Description: Electrical Maintenance Engineer Date added: 18/11/11 | Permanent | Full Time | Engineering | Newton Abbot | £20,000 - £25,000 per annum Job Description: Previous experience particularly in foundry and engineering environment, ideally marine industry relevant qualifications required. Some overseas work may be necessary. Install maintain and repair foundry equipment new machinery pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical systems electrical and electronic systems domestic systems and lifting equipment. Modify machinery for special uses Periodic testing of appliances fire alarms and emergency lighting Order spare parts oils coolants Maintain all required records Ability to make mechanical and electrical repairs Operation of keyboards and parameters on CNC machines Basic knowledge of braising and welding Ability to install hydraulics pneumatics trouble shoot break downs determine root cause and implement corrective action.
