Description: Newton Abbot Leisure Centre was formely named Dyrons, but was re-named after a £2.7m redevelopment project in 2005. The redevelopment was the result of a successful lottery bid by Teignbridge District Council in association with Newton Abbot Town Council, Devon County Council, Teignbridge Primary Care Trust and Sport England.
