Job Description:

We require a shipping clerk to join our local clients expanding team. Ideal candidate will, Manage orders from start to finish. Liaise with both the end user and sales agents, taking and processing orders. Check pricing of orders as agreed with the sales team. Raise quotations or pro forma invoices where required. Liaise with production for lead times which is then agreed with the customer. Confirm method of shipping with the customer. Ensure necessary documentation is put in place and raised for either the customers or their own freight forwarders. Raise invoices. Chase production to ensure delivery on time. Liaise with dispatch and freight forwarders. Track deliveries. This role requires the successful applicant to be able to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment, the ability to multitask is essential.
