Store Manager

Job Description:

Our client currently looking for a store manager for their store in Sidmouth.
The main duties of the role are to optimise the profitability of the store by creating and maximising sales opportunities through merchandising and staff training and development.
You will also be responsible for the layout of the store ensuring it complies with company guidelines, ensuring your team is up to date with product knowledge and trends.
You will demonstrate excellent customer service and develop your team to ensure they understand the level of service required. General store duties will be expected also.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have management experience in a retail environment, or be an assistant manager looking for the next step in your career.
You will be commercially focused with ideas and creativity to use your own initiative to maximise your stores potential. MS office skills are essential.
